Wrong shipping price displayed

Hi there,

I’ve set the price for shipping at a set rate in Woocommerce at 50 SEK but when I get I receive an order the price comes out at 40 SEK.

How can we trigger this? Pick any product at: https://xn--klmmis-cua.se/klammispasar/ and then which address / to where should we use for testing? Any test address will do, do not post a genuine one here ??.

This sounds like something you need to resolve with professional support.
Do you have a staging site where we can place test orders maybe?

Hi @viktor12345,

I visited your site, added an item to the cart and kr50.00 was displayed as a standard shipping rate. Then, I reached the checkout page and immediately went back to the previous page using the back button on the browser and kr40.00 was being displayed.

Based on what has been seen that behavior may be due to caching on your site. I would therefore suggest disabling all caching plugins from WP Admin > Plugins and also server-side (you would need to check with your host).

Ideally, a full conflict testing is recommended and you can follow this guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
