Checking plugin present/enabled

Hello, thanks for such simple yet useful plugin.

Is there a possibility of adding a response header or endpoint to tell if the plugin is present and enabled?

I understand that the order listing would fail to filter silently, so asking the plugin for its status would be in-handy.
