  • Hey there!

I understand that you would like to change the following values:

    wc_facebook_external_business_id
    wc_facebook_product_catalog_id
    wc_facebook_page_id
    wc_facebook_pixel_id

    — Can you share with us why you would like to change them? Are you trying to change the Facebook catalog that is connected to your site?

If so, Clicking on the “uninstall” link: https://d.pr/i/fBtX5m

Will result in the restoration of the Get Started button: https://d.pr/i/EmKWtZ

Please let us know so we can help you out further, thanks!

The reason why I wanted to change these value is because of your colleague’s suggestions in my another topic post – [Facebook for WooCommerce] Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook! – FB team can’t help.

Your colleague suggested me to clear these values. However, I could not save these values. I had created another support topic under “Fixing WordPress” channel, but their rep told me to contact Facebook plugin.

    Hi @novelfashionth

That’s odd that you’re unable to remove the values within option page.

It seems that you need to remove the data from the database directly. If you’re not sure about the below instruction, you might want to get help from your hosting support as well.

Next Steps: Remove FB for WooCommerce from Database

What we want to do next is to completely remove the Facebook for WooCommerce data stored in your WordPress database.

    – First of all, please backup your database [Important]

    – Deactivate Facebook for WooCommerce

    – Please navigate to your phpMyAdmin page, you might want to ask your host if you’re not sure, and then navigate to the SQL section and paste the code below into the white box, lastly please click Go:

    https://d.pr/3iYHSw
    Link to image: https://d.pr/3iYHSw

Click for the code to paste.

Sidenote: Sometimes some WordPress database has a unique table prefix, the most common prefix is wp, so the table will start like wp_options, but if your database has a different prefix, please ensure to adjust accordingly the above code.

Once, the above data removal is completed, please reactivate Facebook for WooCommerce and then go back to Marketing > Facebook, and click Get Started.

    I hope that helps!
