Forgot Password Twice

    Hello,
    I love this plugin thank you.

    When my customers click on forgot password. They enter their email and the page refreshes. The second time they enter their email, it send the password reset link.

    Why will it not send the first time?

    I have multiple people complaining about not being able to reset their password.

    Hi @alexfisha,

    Thanks for writing in and I am being able to replicate the issue that you have mentioned on your site but the issue doesn’t replicate in our test environment.

    So, it seems that there is a conflict between the plugins. Please deactivate all other plugins except User Registration and see if it works or not. If everything works fine then you can activate other plugins one after another and do test at the same time. This will let you know the cause behind the error.
