Dreadful

  • The whole experience has been dreadful from start to finish.

    Firstly the setup is very convoluted with Facebook business. It’s faffy and all over the shop. It could be simplified into a better streamlined process and getting your shop eligible is a nightmare.

    The plugin. Inconsistent, does not work properly. Firstly added part of my products from my WooCommerce account, the second time it wouldn’t do either. It would only see a few, then it would get stuck syncing on the same number. It just doesn’t work.

    It also breaks my products page, I can’t edit my products with this plugin enabled. It’s more hassle than it’s worth, seriously.

    Confusing user journey from the beginning to end. So many different components in Facebook business just makes the effort less appealing.

    I’ve tried the support but no replies around my products not syncing. I honestly wouldn’t waste your time installing.

    I wouldn’t even give it a star to be honest.

    It’s a broken plugin. It’s not fit for purpose.

    You also can’t configure or use it when W3 Total Cache is installed and active. It also conflicts with other plugins. Serious investment needed in this.

    Hi @wpniall

    I don’t think I’m the only one that is disappointed or having problems with this plugin and I think the reviews and ratings speak for itself. Yes I would like to get the plug in working on my website and would love some help to resolve it.

    Social media is a vital part of sales these days and not being able to get all or any of my products from WooCommerce on there is frustrating. It’s random. It gets stuck trying to “sync” it just doesn’t move past a certain number. The amount of items it seems to see differs each time.

    Facebook business is just clunk and far too many components to get something to work. From working in an agile, user journey processing environment. In my opinion this could be made a lot simpler.

    Troubleshooting guides could be helpful for common issues.

    The sync products checkbox doesn’t seem to work either and conflicts with other plugins make it Impossible to workout or edit products. Plugins shouldn’t impact one another, should be dependant on the main product only, which is WooCommerce.

    Any help would be great thanks.

    With this in mind, let’s first activate the plugin’s debug logs on your site, so that we can get some detailed information on what is going wrong for you.

    That can be done by clicking the “Log plugin events” for debugging checkbox on the plugin’s settings page: (See screenshot here)

    Secondly, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi @nicw

    Thank you for responding to me. here system report below. I will look at the trouble shooting guide however only a few items witth multiple variants seems to show on shop. when the product syncing is happening on the plugin this morning a lone there has been different numbers of products to sync. ranging from 17, 189 190 and the other day it was over 1000+ products. however my stores have not changed.

    All my products are done in exactly the same way so this is where i am confused at why only a few show.

    In the mean time will have a look at the troubleshooting guide. i am looking forward to resolve this issue.

    i struggle to get into my products to edit when the plugin is activated as it just doesnt allow me.
