• I am about to go buggy, I have added to the page that i shared the link a new button towards the top that says ‘shop oway’ then a graphic towards the bottom that says the same.

Thing is I can see the changes on safari on my laptop, but not on safari on my phone (on my phone it actually showed the change for a fraction of a second then it was gone!)

This led me to view it on desktop, then minimize it to the size of a tablet and mobile. The changes are only reflecting on the desktop version.

I use Divi – I logged in and using the visual builder I viewed the mobile and tablet version and i see the changes there – so it is not a design or theme issue. (I use this theme on all my websites)

I have disabled and even removed all caching plugins, cleared cache, etc.

I have had this issue with this particular website before. I tried to replace a link and after a month I went in and checked, the new link was there on the backend, but on the clients side it was still giving the old link.

The only difference with this website and my other clients is that this on is on ionos hosting.

Ionos swears they have no server side caching. Anyone have any idea that what from the pit of hell is keeping these changes from reflecting on mobile and tablet views?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @jennwin this might be the only thing that I can come up with if there is no other form of caching involved.

    Can you do the following?

Go to Divi -> Theme Options -> Builder -> Advanced

Turn the Static CSS File Generation Option to disabled.

    Then select Save Changes.

    This might help.
