    Hi Team,

I am using WP Table Builder Pro plugin to built tables on my website. I wanted to embed an accordion via a shortcode into a table.

Now, everything works fine in the ‘preview’ mode. Only after I publish the site the accordion does not show and there’s an empty space.

I remember each time to purge cache from Cloudflare and I even clean autoptimize cache – noting helps.

The plugin is not excluded (I use Freesoul Deactive Plugins).

The only way I made this work is by placing the same accordion in another place on the website – then it appeared in the table.

I don’t know what is the issue – is the accordion not loaded correctly when I embed it only in the table generated by other plugin? Do you know any option to force it to appear?

If you will be checking my website, the accordion should appear under the first row. Now there is only empty space there.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @piotrk87 @wpshopmart

Sorry for the intrusion. I’ve received the notification because Freesoul Deactivate Plugins was mentioned. I’m the author.

Maybe it can help what I have seen.
I confirm Freesoul Deactivate Plugins and Autoptimize should not be the cause of this issue.

If you visit https://jakaoferta.pl/najlepszy-abonament-ranking-abonamentow/?action=deactivate&plugin=true&ao_noptimize=1 you will see the page without Freesoul Deactivate Plugins and Autoptimize, and it still doesn’t show the shortcode.

@piotrk87 Anyway, I don’t think the issue is caused by Accordion FAQ, but from the plugin WP Table Builder. Probably, that plugin strips out the shortcodes from the tables.
Try adding the same shortcode on the same page, but out of the table. If you see the output of the shortcode, you can confirm the cause is WP Table Builder. Then you should ask the authors of WP Table Builder, because the shortcode that doesn’t work is inside the table that is printed by that plugin. At least, this is what I suppose looking at the page.

OK, I made it work. Didn’t hit “publish” on the accordion subsite ??

    Sorry for the trouble!
