My cookies policy (EU) no longer exists

    All of the text on my Cookies Policy page was erased, but this morning the page was still there and then suddenly disappeared!

    How could I put it back?

    Do I have to uninstall the Complianz plugin and reinstall it, so that it builds a correct page for me?

    Hello @claudeblet,

    I just checked the site but noticed that your Cookie Policy (EU) had already been restored, so I’m not quite sure what would’ve been the cause of this. In any case, you shouldn’t have to reinstall Complianz to restore your documents, but you can generate them within the Wizard > Create documents > Create missing pages/Update pages.

    Side note: I saw that you have multiple Cookie consent plugins active, which may result in unexpected behaviour due to the way these plugins function. I’d advise you to only activate one of these plugins on your website at the same time.
