how to add widgets in amp twenty twenty theme?

Thanks for reaching out. While the default widgets when using a core theme are not fully supported you can use the below prototype plugin to ensure there are the standard widgets available for your AMP reader mode core theme:

If you’re comfortable registering your own widgets you could also do so from a Twenty Twenty child theme. Providing you’ve registered this child theme to be available in your reader mode theme selection you can use these widgets to display your preferred features.
