Smart tags no longer working as expected

Hello.
After working perfectly for a time, I’m having issues with the smart tags.
I believe this started with the last update.

{page_url} is now returning the form url. (https:/site/?post_type=everest_form&p=10

{page_title} is now returning the site title.

{page_id} Returns the form ID

{referrer_url} Does return the url of the page the form is embedded in.
