Correct settings for WPFC + CloudFlare?

Hello, thanks for great product!

Setting up connection with Cloudflare, use this tutorial:

Everything is clear, works perfectly, but I have theory question.

What are the correct settings of
Minify HTML, CSS
and
Combine CSS, JS?

Should they be on in plugin AND on Cloudflare, or
They should be on ONLY in one place (plugin OR cloudflare)?

If settings should be on ONLY in one place, then where it is better to use them?
