Amazing Configurability and Support

  • I manage multiple sites with NP. I am always impressed with their technical support team. What impresses me even more is the level of configurability NP seems to have.

    Their advance configurations have been paramount in helping us with some of the more complex situations.

    For example, recently we needed to turn off lazy-loading for 1 specific image being dynamically loaded through CSS. Instead of turning this off for 1 page, or then entire site, Steve and the NP support team were able to fine tune lazy load configurations down to specific CSS image attribute. WOW!!!

    I’ve been with the rest, thanks to this support team, I’m sure I found the best.
