SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110)SMTP connect(

Hello there,

I am no longer receiving emails from a plugin Quiz and Survey Master QSM. I asked my hosting company letshost, email provider Office 365 and the QSM plugin provider about this but they said to contact WordPress as it seems to be a problem with latest WordPress or PHP verison update.

Error in Easy WP SMTP Test email:

Has anyone come across this lately?

WordPress 5.7.2 running Twenty Eleven theme.

Easy WP SMTP SET UP:
SMTP Host:smtp.office365.com
Type of Encryption: STARTTLS
SMTP Port:587
