• Absolutely poor technical support. As a premium customer, we had contacted their support a couple of times. Not once did we get our issue resolved. The first time we contacted support for clarification as to how to add explanations to answer keys. Instead we got a response stating that they are busy in product development for the next few months! What? Is this how you respond to queries?

    The next time, we noticed some issues our students had in logging in and accessing the dashboard. When we contacted them, for close to 4 weeks they made us go around in circles. If you want your query resolved, you have to literally be after them everyday. We used to wait for a week for their response. After a week, when we followed up, they used to start right from the beginning. So much time wasted dealing with such unprofessionals. As a result, we started losing students because of technical issues.

    Beware of such products before you pay up. We lost 200 dollars in less than 6 months of paying for this. Not to mention all the time and effort that went into learning and setting up the lms. Only genuine founders will know the pain of this loss.
