Problems displaying emoji in the admin panel in the classic editor

There were problems when inserting emoji in the posts in the admin panel. After analyzing the problem, I found that the file native_emoji_tinymce-plugin.js does not wrap in a non-conflicting jQuery. The problem is solved by adding two lines at the beginning and end of this file. Screenshots attached. Also the question is whether you will continue to support this plugin, as in the future you need to prepare it for a new version of jQuery
