• This used to be a great piece of software. I have been an agency customer for many years. They introduced their new views and they break my client’s web site. I emailed them about this. They take weeks to even respond to support emails from paying customers. I don’t do business that way. I have discovered a new events calendar plugin that works as well and the free version includes everything I need to continue on as before. So TEC taking weeks to respond to support tickets has cost them this customer. Best of luck in using them. I would look at the Modern alternative before counting on a company that takes weeks to answer a support ticket.

    Hi @scotthazard

Thank you so much for this feedback. We’re sorry to hear that our plugin did not meet your needs. Our support agents typically respond within 24-48 hours, but sometimes responses do take a bit longer and we can understand how frustrating that may be.

If you are interested in coming back to us, we’d be happy to help get things up and running with you. Please let us know!

    Thanks,
    Jaime

Jaime, do you realize the “24-48 hour” window your company has arrogantly granted itself is beyond abysmal?

You’re a code company supporting paying businesses, not the DMV or mayor’s office.

We don’t have “24-48 hours” which often in reality is “2 to 4, maybe 4 to 8 days – if at all.”

Buzz off with that “24-48 hour” nonsense. If we can’t get same day support or even paid elevated support, your company isn’t in the same business environment as your customers.
