Rosa Theme Help!

  • Good Afternoon

    I can’t edit anything when I go into “customize” as the sidebar on the left is greyed out.

    I’m guessing it’s because I need to update the Theme.

    I am conscious of updating it as I am unsure if somebody has inserted Custom Code into the site.

    I have saved a copy of the theme zip using WP File Manager.

    I am using the Rosa theme – I am hesitant in updating the theme in case I lose any custom coding that has previously been done.
