product review is not working woocommerce

    Hi there i enabled reviews on:

    Woocommerce > Settings > Products

    and

    Product > Clicked on individual product > advance > Checked “enable reviews”

    However I still can’t allow people to write reviews on my product. Please help!

    Hi @yseultyqn,

    Just to check:

    • Have you enabled the restriction “Reviews can only be left by “verified owners”? – This could prevent people who’ve not purchased a product from leaving reviews.
    • Have you also enabled comments on the WordPress side, i.e, from WP-Admin → Settings → Discussion?

    If you find that you’ve removed review restrictions and enabled comments yet your users cannot review, kindly do a conflict test to check whether there’s another cause for this, maybe a plugin or your theme.
