Some links in the table are not active

Initially, I posted this in the wrong forum apparently and it was removed by Mr.Stern. He was quite stern about it. But he did direct me to this forum. I like the simple tables plug-in. It is a great tool. I am modeling my site after my instructor’s site bestroofbox.com and I understand that you need more content in your blog post to be able to situate the table in the middle of it. But, some links in the table are not only inactive and don’t take you to the paragraph or subheading that they connect to when you click on them but also once they change color from active to inactive, they are no longer clickable. I am doing something wrong, I am sure.
My intention is not to spam anyone or anything like Mr.Stern said, I just want to get this working properly. Thank you all !
