plugin not logging sales

Hi,

We have since seen a sale from one of their links, but no commission or email has been logged or sent to the referrer.

Can you confirm if your email is still working in your site?

Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? If not please enable debug and make a test purchase so we can check the log.

Hi, email is working. the commission is not tracked, logged and therefore emails not sent.
We are simply using Woocommerce integration.
I have turned on the debugging feature and cleared the site cache.
