[_post_title] and [_post_url] not working

The special mail tags [_post_title] and [_post_url] return nothing when used on a form on a custom post type (training). The form is loaded from a shortcode within the post content.
These tags work for forms in pages.
I need the post title and post url details within the form submission to know which training has been booked.
Please can you help?

the reason was probably a security plugin (or something else) that blocks the wp-api
