Unable to Install

  • Hi,

    I downloaded the app. Clicked, “Start setup”

    Brief animation of transparent blocks then nothing.

    Checked everything up to date. Deactivated all other plugins.

    Allowed everything on settings in Brave browser.

    Uninstalled, reinstalled.

    What to do?

    Hi,

    This issue is being dealt with in our own ticketing system. There is a 500 errors happening, but we don’t have much more information in order to solve this.
