Show Product Quantity left on a date

Hello, I’d like to know if it’s possible to display on the calendar the number of items left available per day?
For example, for jet ski rentals, I’d like to display the number of jet ski left and available on each day depending on the bookings received previously.

Please could you let me know about that.
