adding a country flag to WP Blop and diverting to that language

Hi there,

I hope I will be clear enough. basically my blog at the moment is in english but i would like to add a little german flag into a corner somewhere and when somebody clicks on it the website will be in german.
i dont want to use the automatic translation program as they dont work that well, so i guess i have to set up another blog and fill it out in german? i am using simple script/bluehost and i tried to install another WP on there but i didnt go follow through with it as it would have overwritten the original WP.
my current website can be found on https://www.javaliciousyoga.com and i want the german website to be placed under https://www.javayoga.de but obviously linked to the other site also.
