Yes, the plugin can temporarily ban annoying users that often send forms.

But we must check the parameters these fraudsters have.

If you have enabled the plugin, can you check if there are some examples in the CleanTalk log for your site?

Yes, there are reports in the logs. What do I need to do? They are using various email address, IPs etc. Some are getting blocked by your plugin, but there are lots of orders getting through that are then blocked by my credit card processor.
