When someone clicks the trigger button (in my case, the green START NOW button), the popup loads great! When someone clicks the ‘x’ to close the window, it closes as expected but then the webpage cannot be scrolled.

I have tried disabling the overlay of the popup but it continues to be impossible to scroll the webpage once the window has been closed.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @reedy

Thanks for writing in and we are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.

I was able to replicate the issue. Indeed, after closing the popup, the page won’t scroll. It seems when you close the popup payment-options, your other popup is opening.

Please add a targeting condition for popup free-sleep-training-fallback so that it won’t load on the home page and avoid conflict for the popup payment-options. After saving the popup, please clear the cache of your caching plugin.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin.

I actually want the second popup to display after the first one is closed —?it always used to so I don’t understand why it’s not doing so now.

As you pointed out, looking at the code of the page, it seems as though the code for the second popup loads (and that’s why the page is no longer scrollable), but the actual popup doesn’t display.

    Any ideas?

    Hello @reedy,

I just applied to your homepage solution 1 from this help guide.

    https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/544-your-popup-is-not-displaying-on-your-homepage

After I added the CSS, I could see the “Not ready for a …” popup display after I closed the first popup.

Can you please give it a try and see if that works for you?

We hope that helps. Let us know if you need anything else.

    Have a great day ??
