Hi, I have already some addresses in a LIST A with 50 addresses in my Mailpoet installation and want to import further 40 addresses from a second source into LIST B. About 10 addresses are in both lists.

My understanding: The import should add only the new 30 addresses as 10 are already present in the database, based on the mail address fiel. But: In my new LIST B are only the new 30 addresses, while the 10 addresses that are already present do not get assigned the LIST B.

Why this? How to achieve that all addresses get assigned to List B, also the already present addresses?

    Hi @habd,

If you’re importing a list with 40 addresses (even if 10 of these addresses are already in List A) to List B, then all 40 addresses should be added to List B.

When importing, please make sure to select the option “Update existing subscribers’ information, like first name, last name, etc.” is set to “Yes“.

Let us know if it works.

    Hi there @habd!
