Hi there,
First, can you confirm that you have flushed all your object cache in case you have something like that on your hosting?
Also I changed my website domain before trying to setup Facebook for woocomerce can be issue from that?
That’s for sure possible if you missed steps while doing this migration and maybe it hasn’t changed the URL properly.
Is that happening with other plugins as well?
It’s possible that we might a full conflict test, but please do let us know about these details, so we will know the next steps for you. ??
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
Thank you Felipe, I contacted with my hosting about this, I will inform you. Only white page I got from Facebook for Woocomerce plugin the other plugins works normal. Also tried Facebook for WordPress work too. But I need Facebook for Woocomerce to setup my fb/insta shop.

Hi,
There is no object cache by hosting, also I tried again by disabling all plugins (including cache plugin) still the same problem..Hi @napravoo
Thanks for sharing the additional steps you have taken.
As a next step, when you access the Facebook for WooCommerce tab, can you please open your browser’s developer tools and check for any console errors.
There is a helpful guide on how to access these for multiple browsers here:
https://yoast.com/help/how-to-find-javascript-errors-with-your-browsers-console/If there are any, please share those in your reply.
Could you also please navigate to
WooCommerce > Status > Logs
and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the wordsfatal-error
.If so, please select ‘View’ and copy and paste them into a tool such as https://pastebin.com and share that URL here.
We will be standing by for your response.
Hi,
Thank you, on facebook for woocomerce page console error: ET https://zinet.gr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-facebook 500and here is fatal-error log from today https://pastebin.com/5K73R5wD
Hi @napravoo,
I see from the log some mentions of the themes on your site.
As a next step, I recommend running a conflict test as described here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
With the conflict test, you will be able to narrow down the problem.
Let us know how that goes.
Hi @napravoo
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
The fatal error logs do suggest something in your theme is causing the issue but if the conflict test doesn’t resolve this and you encounter the same issue using a default theme such as Storefront – https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/ – please let us know.
Hi, I have the exact same problem of getting a blank screen at wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-facebook when I try to go to configuration after plugin installation.
This happens to our 2 websites that use different themes. However the issue resolves when I try storefront theme.
Our sites use Woodmart and Savoy themes which are very popular themes and have no conflict issues with about 50 other plugins the we run including Pixel Caffeine which has been deprecated recently.
Our sites have quite different WP WC versions. One is WP 5.8 WC 5.8 and another is WP 5.3 WC 3.7.
Here is the debug log
Could you please check?
Thanks.
I hope you’re well, and thanks for your question!

Could you please create a new thread instead so we can focus on your issue?
Anyway, it’s clear from what you said above that the root cause of the issue was your theme. It’s pretty beyond what we could do here as we can’t really guarantee that all 3rd party themes work with the plugin.
I hope that helps!
@solstudioim
Man, every plugin author tells me their plugins are fine if it works with storefront.
The themes I’m using were sold 50,000 copies on themeforest and have no conflic issues with 50 other plugins I run.
The debug logs from the OP and me trace down to functions.php of the themes but also seem like fbutils.php and fbproduct.php are involved.
Isn’t this a Facebook Plugin + Theme compatibility issue? My Facebook account manager insited a few times in the past 3 years I use their official plugin and I always declined because I always had issues with this plugin. I kept using Pixel Caffeine which I never had issues with. I just want a peaceful migration to this plugin without having to renew the supports of the two themes not knowing whether they will even think it’s their problems.
