Removing text from student dashboard

In the settings under “accounts” we can leave fields blank which removes buttons from the student dashboard. But can we also remove the text that is left? I’d like to remove all the text except show current enrolled courses. I think I had done this before an update which reset my settings in Lifter LMS.
