Cannot delete test subscriber from trash

    In order to test certain things in MailPoet my webmanager created several test e-mail addresses. I subscribed with those test e-mail addresses, and the e-mail address obviously has the same domain name as the website.

    I wish to delete these test subscribers from the trash, but I can’t.

    Why is this?

    Hello @jocelynvlaar,

    those subscribers are most certainly regular WordPress users. If you navigate in the main menu to Users > All Users you should see those test users in there. If you delete those users they should also disappear from MailPoet.

    Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, that is not the case. There is only one address of me and that has a different domain. So this is not the solution, I’m afraid…..

    Hi Elvira,

    Thank you for reaching out! I think my webmanager finally managed to solve it.
    I just noticed that all addresses have disappeared from the trash tray. So, I guess she solved it, alhtough I don’t now how,

    So I guess the problem is solved now.
