I can’t see upload files on admin panel screen

The uploaded files will be populated on the single order screen, not in the orders list.

Click on an order on Woocommerce -> Orders and to find uploaded files.

Also, note that some file extensions are not supported for security reasons. Use images png / jpg or pdf to test

Are you testing with new orders?

1. Deactivate plugins one by one checking each time.
2. Switch to Storefront theme and test
3. Disable any custom scripts you might have

Also, confirm that there are no errors on console (F12) and on our overall website. Check tools >> Site health and see if there is some errors there

Yes i tested with new orders.

I can see folders at media but i want to see in order page.

i did try your steps.

Maybe have problem this plugin?

Yes i did but still have problem :/

It is working fine from here.

Maybe you can contact the plugin author and inquire about this.
