ESS Grid – I can’t interact with settings interface

  • Hi all,

    I’m having a strange issue – I can’t interact with settings in Ess Grid Plugin Layout Composition interface.

    I can open the plugin and see the list of Ess Grid’s that I have made and I can click on the Green Settings button for each Grid as well, that’s where it stops being normal.

    I enter the setting for any Grid and I can’t interact with the sub heading tabs in the Ess Layout Composition menu – I can’t click on anything after the Naming Tab – Source, Grid Settings, Nav-filter-sort, Skins, Animations etc etc. these buttons highlight on hover-over but clicking on them does nothing. I also see no settings below the tabs either.

    The Grids still work throughout my website but I need to add in some new pages for my workplace and I’m stuck.

    I tried updating a few things, did a bunch of troubleshooting, disabled addons and all sorts of other weird work around’s and I need help, please and very very thankful in advance!

    Also, the colourful buttons to save, refresh preview and exit located at the top right while in the Layout Composition menu editor all work as well.

    You’re using a commercial plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Thanks for the prompt reply and for the help Steven.

    I have taken another close look at the settings after you mentioned that it was a commercial plugin and only just realised that they’ve locked updates behind a purchase validation code, so I’m actually still on version 2.1.0.2 instead of 3.0.11 and can’t update until it’s paid for.

    It was completely throwing me, I haven’t actually touched this plugin for over a year so I was completely confused as all my plugins said they were up to date on the dashboard interface.
