Test emails not sent to admin (well, 2 out of 3 actually)

    Hi, been using your plugin for quite some time now with no issues, but I recently realized that I don’t get test emails as admin when I click on the “Send a test email for current user (save first!)” button. Actually, only one of the 3 emails test buttons does send out an email to me: the “For admin” email one. But the “For user” and “Password reset” ones do not send out notifications. Thing is: my users actually DO get their emails, especially when I register them on the website (registrations are closed, they are added manually)…
    Any idea? I’ve tried to use the debug mode but it doesn’t create any debug log file in my wp_content folder…

    do you get any errors in your browser console (under the network tab) when trying to send those emails?

    Hi David,

    No errors whatsoever. From the browser perspective the behavior is the same when I click on any of the three test buttons.

    That’s strange.

    Can you test this on a fresh installation to see if it works fine there? I tried to replicate this and everything is working fine on my end.

    If it works for you on a fresh WordPress installation, please try to disable all other 3rd party plugins on the initial site. If it then works, please enable them again one by one and reapeat the test. This should help us to narrow down the issue.

    Hi David

    Issue solved. I nailed it down to another plugin (a Captcha one) which, incidentally, had been deprecated by its developper. As soon as I enabled it back on, it caused the issue again…
