lost wp-admin password

Hi, I lost my pass for wp-admin login.
Ok so I enter that I want to recover my pass and for some reason I do not get anything in my email! I have done it many times so I know how does it work, but not this time.
I logged in my phpadmin to check if my email is right and all seems good.

So the problem is that my pass recovery thing is not working for some reason…

How do I login?

In php admin my password is coded in some 6egd6f5bg374b46463g335t353 language. Is there a way I can decode it somehow?
