Geht so, aber rechtlich nicht einsetzbar

  • Macht was es soll; Leider ein Cookie-Fehler in der Console. Eigentlich sollten gar keine Cookies gesendet werden ohne Kunden-Zustimmung, also rechtlich h?chst bedenklich !
    Edit: Mit dem Update auf 6.6 werden nun 2 Cookies ohne Erlaubnis der Kunden gesetzt; deshalb nur noch einen Stern.

    BUT!

    You are likely to mislead or misinterpret something. This is because our widgets do not store any personal information in cookies. Moreover, we do not usually use cookies related with widgets. (There is one exception: popup-type widgets store information in a cookie that they have been closed. This is operational information, not personal information. It would annoy the visitor if it will appear after a page-reload …)

    You can check this by opening your own page (where our widget can be found) with an incognito/private browser and you will see that no cookies or any personal data are stored, so it cannot be illegal ??

    Were I able to explain to you what I wanted? It took some lines, sorry for that.

    Let me know if you need more info and please check that site in an incogniot browser. There will no cookies from trustindex, you will see ??
