Roll back

  • Hello,

    Thank you for the great work you guys do. I updated the plugin to the latest version of 5.25 and it no longer works with WP Related Items. Is there somewhere I could download the zipped file of a version or two ago to roll back the plugin?

    On another note, would you consider adding cross-document type functionality? (post <-> products) because that’s the reason I needed the WP related items as an add-on.

    You’re welcome! Thank you for being part of the YARPP family.

    If you uncheck “Limit to same post type” (under “The Pool”), YARPP will match against all post types. Is this what you’re looking for?

    Plus, if you can use the YARPP functions(), you can customize the rules as much as you’d like, for each post type.

    Hm, this is strange as we deprecate functions vs. removing them. Would you know what is broken and which version of YARPP broke it?

    Thanks so much for your quick reply.

    The last version that was confirmed working was actually 5.11.
    I uninstalled and reinstalled both plugins to 5.11 and it did work again. (screenshot)

    I used the WRI to display related products at the bottom of posts, and vice versa.

    I tried installing 5.14 and the thumbnails and heading no longer work (screenshot)

    I tried each of 5.22 to 5.25 then it would not even pull any related posts/products anymore.

    I think one option is if you could please tell me how I can pull related products only on posts, and related posts only on product pages. I would love to keep up with the YARPP updates. I also can send a copy of WP related items 1.2.7 if that helps.
