Hi there, loving this plugin, but I’ve hit an issue I’m unsure how to resolve:

We first set-up the GetPaid and GetPaid Stripe Payments plugins over on https://staging.selfhost.cloud. We then copied everything back over to https://selfhost.cloud.

Mostly everything is working great, but our Stripe Webhook URL at the bottom of Settings > Payment Gateways -> Stripe Payment seems to have been hard-coded as as a https://staging.selfhost.cloud URL and we now need it to be a https://selfhost.cloud URL.

I’ve tried doing a search and replace on the database, but that doesn’t seem to catch it.

So, how can I edit/ update/ reset our Stripe Webhook URL at the bottom of Settings > Payment Gateways -> Stripe Payment?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    thanks for your kind words.

Did you try disconnecting Stripe on the new site and connecting it again?

Currently, the new site is still only connected to the staging domain. Moving from a staging site doesn’t do that change automatically.

If that doesn’t work, please create a ticket on our site https://wpgetpaid.com/support and I’ll assign it to a developer to follow up with you.

I think part of the problem is that using Stripe Connect has never worked for me (I assume some sort of plugin conflict) so I’ve just been entering API keys manually.

I’ve tried deleting all my keys and then trying to connect using Stripe Connect from https://selfhost.cloud, but after clicking through to authorise on Stripe it always automatically sends me back to https://staging.selfhost.cloud (even though I’ve disabled the staging.selfhost.cloud webhooks)

But, OK, I’ve just submitted the same info I’ve posted here over at https://wpgetpaid.com/support too

The solution here was to deactivate all plugins aside from GetPaid and GetPaid Stripe Payments, connect to Stripe, and then re-activate all the other plugins. Hopefully things will now work as intended…
