Pending booking of past events

In this case, you can override the template my-bookings.php (wp-content/plugins/events-manager/templates/templates/my-bookings.php) as pointed here https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/using-template-files/
You can check whether event date is passed current date and if so display status as ‘Expired’
