directing is not working properly

Hi Patrik
please advise for the following:
I redirect the user registration to “auto-approve + autologin”
and redirect him to the “last user page”
but it’s not working
and when I want to sign out of the website
it’s directing me to the page telling me that WordPress will log you out please confirm
I pres confirm logging out but it’s not logging out properly also it coming back to the homepage again while the user still logged in
would you please advice
