    When I upload a CSV of all the tracking, emails are not being sent with confirmations to our customers. I have a mail tracking plugin to track emails sent, and if I update the tracking # directly in the order, the customer gets an email immediately after saving it.

    If I do CSV upload, no emails get sent. What’s going on?

    I see something that may be causing the problem. The status was not changed to shipped even though in the CSV, status_shipped is 1. when i change the status in bulk, emails get sent.

    How do you create the CSV file? if Excel then use Google Sheets and try again, see if this solves the issue.

    I used Numbers, but it worked before. I’ll try Sheets next time. I’ll post an update when I do. Thanks.
