Want some automation

Hey, I am using content egg which I found a very useful great plugin for affiliaters in the market and I want to make content egg automatic, actually I am planning to create wp posts automatically via automation services like zapier which I know how to do but “I am unable to find a way that how to search and add products into the posts automatically from a backend with help of code or any API services when we have a full URL of the product”. Please tell a way how can I do that.
