Recently some of our clients reported when they filled in all the columns and tried to submit the form, weform showed a message “Could not create an entry”.

We’ve checked the settings in weform and made sure it was fine.

While some 10% clients reported this issue, the other 90% could still create entry successfully. I believe this might also happen in premium users and since failure in submitting the form might cause decrease in leads and business loss, it would be great if you help. Thanks!

    Hello @fionalai,

?Thank you for reaching out to support! Do you see any errors in the console or in the error_log from your hosting company? I posted a lot of tests and all of them are going through.

    Hello Elana,

We did not see errors in the console, and I did saw the entries you posted.

    Hello @fionalai,

Without some sort of error or a way to replicate there isn’t a lot, I can do, unfortunately. Are you able to reach out to your hosting company and find out if there is something going on in the logs?

    Hello @fionalai,

We haven’t heard back from you in a week. Per our policies, I’m going to mark this as resolved. Don’t hesitate to reach out or create a new support entry.

    Thanks
