    Please readout the doc and try to exclude the feed directory url from caching if you are using any caching plugin.

    Hi, same problem here. I don’t get it updated on one website, while on the rest 3 websites it gets updated. I’ve set the exclusion of the address in w3totalcache and I’ve even set up a cron job as explained in your documentation. But all in vain. What else could be the reason the CTXfeed auto update doesn’t fire up?

    No further support on that issue can be found on your website. It’s kind of stuck that feed. The cron fires up but the feed is not responding at all.

    Hello. It seems that i have the same issue as miroruse. I have installed ctx feed in one site and it’s internal update is working fine and in one other site “https://be-online.gr” doesn’t update at all. I have enabled wpcron.php from server and not from wordpress.

    @promitheas WP_CRON is disabled on your site. You need enable WP_CRON to run auto feed updates.

    Hello. I know WP_CRON is disabled, i told you before. I have enabled wp_cron from my server as cron job. I have done the same procedure in another site https://www.mkontogiorgaki.gr but in that site the auto update is working fine. That’s the reson i sent you, because i can’t understand what’s wrong in https://www.be-online.gr.
    here is the status in https://www.mkontogirogaki.gr that is still running the auto updates with wp_cron disabled:

    Thanks for reaching us.

    The possible reason for not updating a feed on Instagram could be, the feed is not updating automatically on the site or any caching plugin is caching the feed which is preventing the feed from updating on Instagram.

    So, first, you need to make sure if the feed is updating automatically on your or site or it’s only not updating on Instagram. To check if updating on your site, Please, update product information and use the WP Control Plugin to run the feed and check if the feed is updating.

    Also, Instagram takes some time to update a feed, so make sure you have waited the required time Instagram needs to process an update.

    However, if you have done the above but are still not being able to resolve the issue then please, reach out to our technical support from here as we will have to inspect the issue more deeply.
