• I bought Astra pro an year back and forgot to uncheck the auto renewal. Two days back I got message that USD 59 has been debited from my account.

    I contacted the Astra support and they were happy to help me and refunded after I explain all of the situation to them.

    I no longer work in wordpress so its of no use to me, so they refunded my money back.

    I definitely recommend this to my friends.

  • Brainstorm Force is a dishonest company. I am in the process of finding out if they are a company registered/with offices in the USA because I want to file a law suit against them. @prasharketan I will keep you posted if I start a legal dispute against Brainstorm Force, maybe I can include your case in my report.

    “What’s your refund policy?
    We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%. But we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money. You can apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase.”

    Technically they should also give a refund within 14 days of subscription renewal because a renewal can be considered buying the product for a “1 new year”

    @ckelares I completely understand your view too. I’d like to mention that the refund policy on our website is mentioned for new purchases and not renewals. Every purchase comes with an automatic renewal that is processed only after a reminder email is sent to a user. Users can unsubscribe so that they aren’t charged the renewal cost.

    Nevertheless, customer experience and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we’ve initiated a refund for both of you.
