    Hi, I downloaded the plugin
    I created the split if there is a certain product in an order, when I place the order the customer receives 3 emails, the 2 emails with the splits and the email with the total order.
    I would like the customer to receive only the 2 split emails, and not the email with the total. How can I do? thank you

    Please turn ON the option “Do not send parent order email” from Emails tab.

    Please try with “Mask Child Orders with a Sequential Format” turned ON from General Settings tab in optional area.

    Hi, thank you very much for the speed of replies.
    I have turned ON the option “Do not send parent order email” from Emails tab,
    but continue to send the general summary email to the customer.

    Should the option “Mask Child Orders with a Sequential Format”from General Settings tab in optional area also be turned on?

    I think it’s woocommerce default email.

    This is up to you, the latest version was released with this fix. So you can turn it OFF.

    I would like to delete this email, the summary of the total order.

    At this moment the customer continues to receive 1 email with the order of the normal products, 1 email with the excluded products, and 1 email with all the products put together, my request now is not to send the email with all the products put together but only the 2 split emails.

    We have ensured emails section functionality and released an updated version. Please try the updated version.

    To achieve this, please turn ON “Do not send parent email” checkbox.

    I’m working with the pro version 4.0.7.
    I activated the option “Do not send parent order email to anyone”.
    but the summary is always been send with the mails of the splitted orders.
    what is the correct way to prevent sending the summary?

    Make sure if the summary email is from our plugin or you are assuming the default Woo order email as a summary. We call the default email in which parent order details are sent together and summary means, after split you get an email having all child order IDs listed there.

    Why are you still getting the emails?
    There can be various reasons, one of them is a different language pack installed. Email templates lose their identity as parent and/or child orders when you turn on Sequential Order Number or Masking. Also sequential order number plugin is misleading the Woo about the correct order number. Please let us know which case is relevant to yours?
