• I’m having trouble controlling when the N360 Splash screen displays on a website. It is currently showing every time a visitor clicks on a link to the Home page, likely because the “Run always on home page” option is checked. However, if I uncheck this option, the Splash screen never displays (even when first arriving at the website).

I would like the Splash screen to display upon arrival to the website, but not whenever a visitor clicks on a link within the site that returns to the Home page. How can I do this?

    Thanks.

I’ve found a partial workaround to the Splash screen always displaying when a link to the Home page is clicked. If I append /?r to the URL, the Splash is bypassed. However I can’t control the URL on every link (e.g. the Site Identity link).

I’m not sure this workaround is consistent with the plugin design, specifically the feature: “Based on your configuration, the splash screen appears once per session or every time you access the home page.” If the “Run always on home page” option is checked the Splash always repeats (unless /?r is specified in the URL), and if “Run always on home page” is unchecked the Splash never displays (even when first arriving at the website).

    Hello @jpjfox,

sorry for the delay in my answer. I did not get any notification that there was a question here in the support forum.

Yes, the run always on homepage option should control this behavior and it did so in the past. It seems that a recent WordPress update changed that behavior. I have to investigate this in more detail.

    Hi, great plugin!

Would it be possible to change the animation from Fade to slidedown and slideup?

    Thanks again.
