User Role/Management Plugin Recommendations

Looking for some pointers and advice please…

We are looking to build a site with multiple areas of a site with different users accessing different content.

Each section would have its own admin who would update and manage their areas of content as well as the specific users who have viewing rights to this area.

However, we’d only want that admin to only have access to their specific user list – not all.

Are there any plugins we could use which would facilitate this?
