How can I reverse the order of blog entries?

Hi, I have 3 blog type sections on my site. On “subribestar content only” I’m posting up chapters of a book that I’ve written. (I’ll be posting up a new chapter every month). The blog sections are set to show the latest blop post first but I want to reverse the order for the book chapters.
How can I do this? It feels like there must be a simple trick to it that I’m missing.
