Polylang Categories

hi, I created the version for the categories in two languages before installing Polylang. As I did not click on + , hreflang was not created. What can I do?
example
spanish version: https://bebe-lino.com/alimentacion-bebe/
Italian version: https://bebe-lino.com/it/alimentazione-bambino/

Therefore the italian version is not in the sitemap.

Your multi-language plugin needs to add hreflang tags to your translated content so that Google knows that it is a translated version of some other page. And I can see that inside your page source, it has hreflang tags.
