AWARE dont buy PRO!

  • Where is the benefit of an automatic importer which can only import 50 Products?

    I tested this plugin with a couple of products. There was 2 or 3 Lines in the excelsheet so i thought this will work fine. I bought the pro version and wanted just to update products without any other information. Just two colums of ID and the PRODUCTPRICE but with 16.000 lines. After the counter hits 50 succesfull updated products, the importer is getting slower with each imported product. After comunicating with the support and doing all their suggested solutions it still doesnt work. so i asked for a refund. infacht it was over their service time of 14 days for a refund but still the importer doesnt work and they refuse to refund my money. Very sad and bad service

    Thank you for your very nice review.
    However this is a free version review page.
    All business around the globe work with 14 (european law) or 30 days (promotional).
    You should have tested earlier.
    Unfortunately we cannot base the business giving refunds after a long time
